Even though it is unusual to enter every room from the outside, you are welcomed by a quite big room. The rooms are well equipped and have a separate toilette. However, the bathroom is a part of the sleeping area and offers no privacy - is ok for a couple, but I can imagine some guests might not be happy about that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good and tasty. Parking is possible in the underground garage for additional 16€/night. Some might not like the location (about 30-35 minutes of walking distance to the historical city center, about 10 minutes by tram), but the surrounding seem to be quiet and offers some services such as supermarkets and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated via email and messages (via Booking.com) with various queries, and they were answered promptly and providing necessary information.

Only stayed for one night on the way back from Croatia but everything about this place is on point. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious and well equipped. There's underground parking and the location is great for passers by. Maybe not ideal if you actually want to actually visit Graz but the public transport seems to work well. Staff is great and when not available (late hours) there's a 24h self check-in booth.

Everything one might need is available. A kitchenette is also an advantage. A very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff, speaking perfect English.
